How do I turn off MVM on my LG 9100 Keyboard Cell phone?

The MVM (multasking virtual machine) icon appeared on my phone. I don't know how it got turned on. Can someone help me turn it off? I tried the online manual but it offered no suggestions and I also tried searching online. Thx.
