How do I turn OFF chat from my email?

I didn't ask for it or approved it, but all of a sudden it pops up in email conflicting with my messenger, then when I go back to my messenger, it's all F*ed up and and I can' t use either.
I didn't turn it on, so I don't know how to turn it off.

Is there a way to turn of the IM that goes to mail?
 
After it loads, where it says Available click Sign out of Chat. That should disable it. We can't remove it, only disable it. Also on the messenger mark it so you are Invisible if you are having problems signing out of Chat.
