How do I trigger the factory AMP in a Chrysler Concorde 1998?

I bought my car used and the previous owner installed there own AMP, When I got my car there wasn't an amp anymore and the CD player wont play from the speakers, how do I fix this?
The radio works just not the CD player
How do I reinstall the factory AMP?
I don't know how, that's why I'm asking
 
sound as if it had a 4 channel amp . need to know if they reinstalled the factory or not. the speakers are more than likely not connected behind the radio.
