Okay, so I recently tried running a program on my computer, but every time I open it, it demands I have the .net framework. I've tried installing .net but it refuses to be recognizable unless I reboot my computer, I refuse to do that. Is there any way around turning off my computer to be able to fully initialize the .net? And just so you know the reason I can't power down is an scam.exe virus that has ground itself deep within the system. After four system restores the virus is still there, I could junk it, but it's all I have. Please just help me solve this annoying .net problem, and if there is any way to save my computer from the damned virus, that I may have overlooked, please point it out to me.
