How do I treat my red-rimmed eyes?

I have had red-rimmed eyes since I can remember. I'm a 21 year old white male.. (Idk if that matters) but anyways I almost always have these red rims around my eyes that may not be noticeable to others, but is to me. I have seen doctors about it in the past, used to put cream on my eyelids as a kid, and have recently been told to use baby shampoo... so I've been using baby shampoo but It doesn't seem to be working. Any advice?
 
if someone said to use "baby shampoo"...sounds like they think you have blepharitis. that matches with your description of red "rims" too. try this 2x/day instead. avail at any big pharmacy
