How do I transfer wallpapers from Samsung PC Suite 3 to my phone?

I have a Samsung Solstice 2 and I recently downloaded some wallpapers online. How do I transfer the wallpapers from online to my phone using Samsung PC Suite 3?
I am not using e-mail. I am using the data transfer cable that came with the device.
