How do I transfer videos, music, photos, etc from my iPod onto my mac computer?

My computer crashed and I lost all of my videos, songs, and photos. TT^TT I still have them on my iPod though and I was wondering if there was a way to get things from an iPod onto a computer... I heard some people have done it...
