How do I transfer save games from one profile to another? (Xbox 360)?

Okay. I have a really good Fallout 3 save game on my brother's profile. We just got Xbox Live, so I made my own profile. However upon playing I discovered that my game is still on his. Is there a way to transfer this stuff?
 
I thik u possibly need to save his stuff to a memory card...but also i think i remember my friend saying that u can't use old Nfo on a new profile.
