how do i transfer pictures from my phone to SD card on my LG VX11000?

So i didn't know that my phone wasnt saving my pictures to my card. and now i've taken 100+ pictures all saved to my phone. I want to transfer these to my card so I can put them on my computer. Is there any way to do this all at once? or if not then can I do it one by one? any help would be appreciated
