How do I transfer pictures from LG Viewty on to my computer?

I have LG pc suite and memory card. i only have usb and i've tried about everything i can to get my pics from the phone onto the computer but every time i click on 'contents' (in the lg pc suite) it says 'invalid access to memory location'.... :/
Any help PLEASE??? =(
PS. I have a vista if that's any help? =S
