How do I transfer payments on a car to myself if I have HORRIBLE credit?

My ex gf and I recently broke up and when we were together she purchased a car for me under her name that I was making payments on. She doesn't want it in her name anymore for obvious reasons.

What are my options here? My credit is wrecked and there is no way that the loan could be transferred to me. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!
