I do not use a PC but if I remember well, this should be the way to do it:
+ Create a folder in your computer, where you would like to store your pictures.
+ Plug in the device to your computer using the provided USB cable.
+ Run iTunes (it should start automatically anyways).
+ Click on your device's icon on the left menu.
+ Click on the "photo" tab up above.
+ Select the folder you have created previously.
+ Click on the synchronize button at the bottom of iTunes.
I think this should be the way to do it, but once again I am not using a PC.
