How do i transfer my itunes music from my old comp. to my new comp.?

ok so this is the situation. my old computer wont allow me to go on it anymore (i don't remember why anymore, but it just doesn't work.) for my birthday i got a new computer, downloaded itunes and still have my same itunes ID. i want to know if there is a way to get my old music onto my laptop without accessing my old computer?
