Today was the first time I tried to download my video/pictures from my Samsung Solstice to my phone. I followed all the steps in the manuel, and steps I found online. With Samsung PC Studio, it says to insert disc that came with device. I didn't get a disc, so I selected "search for other options" or whatever that option is that comes up. My computer says it kind find a program. So I tried selecting Mass Storage. It asks me to insert a memory disc. I don't believe there is that option on my phone. Isn't that the point of a 3G phone? It doesn't use a memory disc? The only option that would download my files was Media Player. But the pictures downloaded gray. A sliver of side boarder showed, everything else was gray. The videos were a generic picture of an air balloon, & when clicked on said cannot be displayed. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone else able to fix it? Please help!!!
