How do I transfer my contacts from my nokia phone to my blackberry?

I have a nokia e71 and I just bought a blackberry bold ... And all my contacts are in my nokia phone ... How do I transfer my contacts to my blackberry phone ... I have tried transferring my contacts to my sim thn to the other phone but I have to many contacts ... Any help
