How do I transfer music from my pc to my samsung intercept?

I just got my intercept the other day and Im trying to figure out how to add music to it. The phone diddnt come with software and when i plug the phone up with the usb the pc says it can install the device because of the lack of software. I cant find anywhere on the phone where it would allow me to sync the phone to the computer either. If anybody knows how to add music please help me
