How do I transfer music from my mac to japanese softbank cellphone?

Hi. My cellphone is a japnese softbank cellphone and I want to send musics to it from my mac. What file format should I put it so it works? (Sending it from yahoo never worked with pictures but when I used Gmail, it worked)
 
Do you have a USB cord for it?If not is it available for the phone?
If you do have USB cord...simply attach it to cell phone and connect with computer. If a option pops up saying something about the device being connected, use your music player that you can use to synch music to the phone. If you don't know how to do this try and find the folder or wherever the device is located at and simply drag and drop the songs into it. Hope I helped :)
