How do I transfer files from my pdownloader(power downloader) iPhone app to my pc?

Ok I downloaded an iPhone app on my iPhone 3GS called power downloaded which allows me to download videos to a special folder on the iPhone what I want to do is move those files to my pc I've connected my iPhone to the pc to try to find the folder but I can't so I want some one to tell me how to move those files (iPhone compatible videos) and if I can't with that app can someone inform me of an app that may do such thing as let you download files from a website and then be able to transfer those files to your pc. My iPhone ain't jailbroken and I can't jailbreak until the next release for the mc model 4.0
