How do I transfer contact from a Blackberry to a Windows Mobile Phone?

I know it can be done with Microsoft Outlook but I don't have the program and I don't want to buy a program that I might only use once. Are there any other similar programs that can do this? Other methods? Thanks.....BTW its from a Blackberry Curve 8330 to an HTC Touch, both CDMA phones on Sprint. Thanks again
