How do i transfer apps from my iphone on to a new computer, if the apps are a mix

of two different accounts? i have an iphone, and i want to transfer all my apps to my new computer, except, some of the apps are from one of my itunes accounts, and some of them are from another. i know the password for both, i want to know how i can get all the apps onto the computer, i tried once, but it deleted all the apps from the account that wasn't authorized :( i need help!
