How do i transfer a game i downloaded on my pc for my HTC phone to my HD2 windows phone?

i down loaded a few games for my HD2 phone online on my pc from http://hd2apps.blogspot.com, thing is now i have them on my pc but i don't know how to get it on my phone so that it will work and i can play them, i have the data cable but i feel they have to be installed some how that they will work.. need help im no computer king so i need instructions, thank you
