How do I test cam and crank sensor on a 3.5 chrysler?

Ihave a 98 Concorde, it will not start, I was told it was PCM, so nowafter pCM is replaced, it still will not run, how do i test Crank and cam sensor, I have voltmeter..
 
probably crank sensor replace it if it doesnt do the trick return it and replace old one but the crank sensor can make alot of stuff not work on a dodge including no spark fuel pump shut off my dodge had same problems finally changed crank sensor and fixed the problem
