how do i terminate my phone contract with t-mobile?

I am having consistantly bad service with them, 1 in every 5 calls will get through and even then when i am talking to someone all of a sudden they can hear me but i cant hear them. I know its nothing to do with my phone im just fed up and they keep saying its "service problems" and it should be sorted out soon.

I still have 7 months to go but i cant see why i should have to enforce my end of the deal when they arnt even providing me with a valid service? what can i do?
