How do I tell the sex of my Cockatiel... Im confused...?

I heard that the female greys have spots under the tail feathers, and mine does not, but I also heard that the males heads are completely yellow, but Pancho's head has some grey on it. He/she also talks ALOT and I heard that the males talk more than females... I love the bird to peices, just want to know if I can call it "he" or "she"
