How do I tell someone I like them without things getting weird?

I was thinking of saying in conversation "Is it weird that the more we talk, the more I am drawn to you?"
but the word "drawn" seems super cheesy so what's another good word that wouldnt be too mushy yet obvious that it's more than as a friend?
