How do I tell a girl im not into relationships?bad?

you tell her from the very beginning. if they still want to hang out with you then if they get hurt it's their own fault. there was a time I didn't want relationships either and no one ever got mad at me because I was straight forward with them about it. they will appreciate the honesty and not being led on.
 
Just be honest. Tell her you don't want to hurt her feelings, and you respect her too much to lead her on, but you are not ready for any type of relationship at this point in your life.
 
you tell her the truth, and you don't give her mixed messages. i'm betting here that you have already hooked up with this girl and now you are trying to brush her off. if that is the case, that means that you do not repeat the behavior. you will look like a player and a jerk, but it's better to be seen as a short term jerk than a long term jerk, when you string her along. friends with benefits doesn't work in the long run.
