how do i talk to her?

I really don't know much about this girl besides her name and where she works..
I usually see her when I go shopping at this location but i really don't have the nerve to talk to her.

Im super shy, I wouldn't even know where to start and even what to say to get it going. I also don't want to look like a fool in case she has a boyfriend or something. I suck when it comes to meeting new people unless its through a friend.. I just need some advice, like she knows I exist, cause she looks at me when i walk past etc. I just need something to start it up without looking dumb but also a conversation starter..
 
try starting with hi, how are you? then casually suggest going out for a drink or something, or a movie. If you dont ask, the answers always no, go for it :)
