How do I talk to guys I'm attracted to?

I just don't know how. I have guy friends, but I'm not extremely attracted to any of them. Every time I try talking to cute guy, I end up thinking how attractive they are and I get distracted. It's a problem. Sometimes I just want to be friends, but I can't even do that. If they flirt with me, I really get nervous.
