How do i take off the speed limiter on a 2000 Mazda 626 ES 4-cyl?

I have a 2000 mazda 626 and whenever i hit about 85 mph the rpms stay at about 2500. Is there a speed limiter on my car because of the factory tire rating? if so how do i remove it? and please do not leave answers that just say that speeding is illegal. Thanks to anybody who leaves a helpful answer

haha speeding is fun but the only thing i can think of is unplug the speedometer that works on like 90s bronkos but it might work for your car
