how do i take off a name &number off of chat & mobile text?

ok on the old website of yahoo how do u take a telephone number or name off of the area on the website of the old yahoo where it says chat &mobile text i want two names off and there numbers; baby boy 505-756-4807, and dory vigil 575-209-9286 how do i go about taking them off?
