How do I sync photos to my iPod Touch in the right order?

Cos when loading my photo folder on the computer, it shows she photos while still loading then sorts itself out quickly into the right order. When my ipod syncs with it, it syncs in the order first shown. How can I control this, its really annoying because if Im trying to show people photos on my ipod I have to look for them instead of them being i n the right order.
 
Easiest way to sort them is to have iTunes sync all photos in a folder (i.e. Pictures). Then, you can make subfolders in this photos folder and that helps a lot with organizing and viewing them on your iPod. Only thing that sucks is that you can only make one level of subfolders...any others will just be grouped in the original folder.

i.e. Pictures>Vacation will show up as Vacation in your iPod's Photo Album. But there would be no difference between Pictures>Vacation>San Diego and Pictures>Vacation>Miami....they would both be grouped together under the Vacation folder/album, though in consecutive order (not mixed together).
