How do I sync my '07 Outlook Calendar with my iPhone 3G?

I run a side business and have a website that allows me to have an email address through their domain. I linked this email address up to Outlook on my home computer. The email comes through my iPhone just fine, but I also want to be able sync up my Outlook calendar with the calendar on my iPhone. What is the best way to do this? Thanks!
