How do I sync media to a RAmos T8?

I recently bought one, and there was no software included. My computer also doesn't recognize it as a portable device or any sort of media storage. When connected to my computer, it charges and makes the sound as if a device is connected, but there is nothing in 'my computer' for it. help?
