How do I switch from an art major to a pre-med major?

Im a high school senior and have applied to all art colleges thinking its what I wanted to do...but slowly as I discover more about myself, ive learned that art is more of a hobby and I love biology and kids more then anything which is why I would love to be a pediatrician. However, Im not the greatest at math (algebra) but Im good at the trigonometry/geometry stuff. But Im strong at biology and physiology and I LOVE the subject as well as working with kids. Ive already been accepted into MICA an art college and was thinking about attending there for my freshmen year and then transferring to nearby Johns Hopkins, although I know that would be a very stressful jump. Would this be a good choice? Should I really change careers? Any advice?

It sounds like you need to go to a j.c first to figure out exactly what you want and then apply to a school that has a good degree program. Don't just go off to an art college and spend money if you're not even sure thats what you want.
Go to a j.c.
