I had Fido cell phone contract for 2yrs and always been a good customer and paid all my bills. This is my last contract month and as usual i had to make few calls to Asia and ALWAYS used calling cards. But Fido charged 600 $ . which is ridiculous. my usual bill is 35- 45 $. Am sure they are charging me so that i take another contract with them for another 2 yrs . What do i do? How do i sue these @%% Holes. Their customer service sucks and i want to get back at them. I dont mind taking it to consumer court. Coz my 2 yrs payment records with FIDO are excellent.
Is there a way, where i can represent my self in consumer court ? Is that possible. If possible how do i get the info
