I want out of my contract with bell ( 3-year contract--- 1 year left). They have the worst plans, and worse service, unfortuantely and I wish I could stop everyone from signing up with them. I sold a phone I used to use with Bell, and started using another one, however the person who I sold my old phone to kept calling me n telling me that they keep receiving my texts. This is invasion of privacy!! How could they let someone else receive my texts, can't i sue them for this?? Also they charged me $400 for long distance calls, which i never even did, and after harassing and calling them for a week they finally told me it was an error they made. Ive called n talked to the manager and requested that they cancel my contract with no charge because its their fault for the bad service and they absolutely refuse to. If they can't keep up their side of the deal why shold i keep up mine?? What can i do about this?? i want out!
