im a consultant for a loan modification company where i get xx amount of commission. i found a realtor that is interested in referring they're clients. i will splitting my commission where i will be paying them out of my s-corp. how do structure the agreement and what is the appropriate language. is it a vendor? when i receive my commission i deposit it in my corp acct. is this ok? p.s the company that provides the loan modification to me, we have a consultants agreement on the commission im getting should i do a separate agreement for bring realtors that will be referring other clients. if so what would that agreement be titled?
