How do I stop these phone calls from callers who work for Ford?

On saturday, I filled a survey just to get access to a web site. The survey turned out to be if you wanted information on a good deal for a Ford Focus. When they called I declined. But another person called and asked the same question. How do I stop these calls overall? I don't have caller ID on my house phone so what can I do?
My bad, I didn't wrote it correctly. They did call more than once. I think it was about six times total . I was just stating the pattern. One calls another calls.
