How do I stop myself from having sex with an ex?

I have to meet up with a serious past ex soon.

And I am really uncomfortable doing so. It has been a long time since we slept together last, but we did do it many times after we broke up.

The big problem is that I have been trying to stay celebate and be a good girl. And I am crazy horny as a result of not having sex for like 2 years.

How do I stay focused and not end up in bed with him?

First off, how old are you.

Secondly, no one's going to stop you but yourself. Find an introverted reason not to do it. If you don't chances are you're going to succumb to pressure, as you have before, despite wanting to be a "good girl".

My boyfriend's ex slept around too, and she was Catholic. I guess her god wasn't enough to keep her from not doing it.

If you really don't want to do it, then DON'T DO IT. I know it sounds hard, but there's nothing else stopping you but willpower.

Or you could always not shower and/or make yourself look repulsive to stop him.
 
think of how he probably has the clap from sleeping around with 10 other women.....and you want to remain disease free.
