had sign up for? Hav ing sign up to a t-mobile contract last year, the company t-mobile has failed to provide the product that I had signed up for. Despite over 30 contacts with the company they persistantly took money out of my bank account and now that I cancelled my Direct Debit, they had sent me bills for a product that they had not provided. Despite my complaints and concerns they had refer me to debt collectors. Where do I stand legally! And why do they ignore me for so long, even the shop in Edinburgh Princes street refuse to deal with the issue, yet it was them that failed to provide the product.
Thanks for the reply, the shop manager say i am to phone 150 number which i already explained i have over 20 times. The manager still refuses to do anything. the 150 people listens, say they do something but dont. What a cheek t-mobile has to affect my credit rating and call in debt collectors. A complaints team contacted me (8 months late) to offer me to cancel teh contract for £209.l As i had explained many times, t-mobile failed in the contract obligations so why do I need pay cancellation fees or carry on with the contract. And what rude staff you have in Edinburgh!
