I don't binge eat normally. But I like to eat healthy. Like, this is a normal day that I binge.. I'll do good, eat healthy, and then come home and eat something I think is unhealthy and then I think "well I already ate that, why not eat everything else unhealthy?" And thus, the binge happens. I hate it. It makes me feel disgusting and guilty. After the first binge, it takes me about a week or 5 days to get back into eating better. How can I stop ths thinking? It's mostly the thought that I have to eat everything after I eat that one thing that's bad. :/
