I have a Honda GX160 engine on my go kart. However, whenever I come off the accelerator and the throttle linkage returns to its resting position the engine wants to cut out and stall. I have replaced the throttle spring and it still does it. The guy I got the engine off said it had been degoverned. Could this be it? If so how do I fix it?
Its not the air fuel mixture. If I hold the throttle lever about 5 mm forward it runs perfectly...Its only when it returns fully it goes to cut off.
