Over a year and a half ago, I broke up with my ex boyfriend. He kept harassing me, therefore I got a restraining order against him. But, it ended in July. During the time of the restraining order he violated it numerous times and he was deployed overseas with the National Guard. Since July he has started to harass me again and I have talked to my local women's shelter to see how I can get the harassing to stop. The suggestions they made were to report it to the local police and try to talk to his unit where he is based from. So far I have not been able to get a hold of anyone who can help me. If you have any more suggestions please let me know.
