How do I stop my dog from whining when its almost time for her to be fed?

Ok everyday I feed my dog at 5pm. However at 4pm she will start crying out and jumping up and down and scratching at the window. She does this every single day.

When I move her feeding time back to 4pm she just starts whining an hour earlier at 3pm

Is there anything I can do to prevent this
