how do i stop my chickens from pulling out each others feathers?

so i have six chooks. they have a big enough enclosure and we let them out into the yard as often as we can but they pull out each others tail feathers.
it started as one chook doing it to the rest of them but now most of them seem to do it.
my question is this...
how can i stop it?
