How do I stop my car from leaking water into it when it rains?

I have a 1996 Honda accord. Every time it rains water gets into the right side of my car and soaks my floor. Both front and back of the right side of the car floor is wet. The top mat i placed in the car is not wet but water manages to seep underneath. Anyone have any solutions?
