How do I stop being creepy?

Okay, so my friends used to tell me to stop it, I never understood what they ment...but last week I kinda liked some girl in class...and I was really shy, and we don't ever really talk, and I thought she was pretty...so I sorta added her to facebook...And it's been a few days, but it's like I didn't add anyone else in class...And I sorta look at her once in a while... I feel like such a creeper OMG D; Please, how do I stop this?
I guess it'd be good to know that I'm 20 D;
she did accept.
