Especially for my blog. I'm 14.
I only have a digital camera, but it's a rather good one.
I need someone to model for me too.
Help? Ideas?
Hey, I'm not really interested in a career in photography, just for a hobby, and for my blog.
So no serious stuff, ok?

Your going to need education, experience and connections. Probably none of which you have right now in sufficient amounts.

Education - be the best photographer that you can be, learn as much as you can on your own, through classes and/or through mentoring with an established professional.

Experience - start building a portfolio of work. See if there is a photographer in your area that does fashion and ask to be an apprentice.

Connections - you'll need to get your work out there, have skills that make you desirable to hire, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver quality images to the clients specifications. You'll need to network with modeling agencies and companies that may want to hire you.
