I just recently got the HTC Hero from sprint. Im love to change my backgrounds all the time. Ive been thinking of making themes for everyone to use but i dont know were to start and what do i need to have. Im really with with photoshop and special effects and stuff so i think i could make some really good themes , i just need someone to show me how to get started.
How do I start creating themes for the android ?
