Ok to start you have a kick start with a electric assist- located on the right side( it should swing out. Your choke is located on the left side of the bike, right by the carb(it will look like a black plastic lever). The carb has 3 settings all the way down is off, up one is half and half, up all the way is all the way on. Once you get it started let it idle on half for about a min. Now to shut the bike off you have a kill switch on the left handle bar just press and hold to shut it off- it will look like a button-youll know. Now when you start the bike you must hold the clutch in it is the lever on the left side directly out from the grip. If you dont do it you cant start it. It also helps to be in neutral which yours is 1 down then 4 up. That means that 1st gear is down all the way on the shift and neutral is one up from that.
